We ship your perishable items via Fedex Overnight in insulated shipping containers with ice packs to ensure freshness.
Kobe Beef and Wild Game require one business day to ship and they are shipped Fedex 2Day with dry ice. They are shipped separately from Caviar and other products. |

| We ship your non-perishable items via Fedex standard 3-5 day ground shipping. If you order perishable and non-perishable items together, we will ship all items together via Fedex Overnight, since that is less expensive for you than 2 separate shipments. The only exceptions are some caviar servers and spoons, which ship separately via Priority Mail, but you are still only charged the cost of a single combined shipment. | |

We ship within the continental U.S. We regret that we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, internationally, or to P.O. Boxes. |
| When We Ship: |
All perishable orders received before Noon Eastern Time on Monday through Thursday will be shipped the same day. We do ship on Friday when the Saturday Delivery is selected. Non-perishable orders are shipped Monday through Friday by Fedex Ground. |
| Substitutes: |
Some of our products (seasonal cheeses in particular) are occassionally out of stock. In these rare cases, our experts will substitute a very similar item of equal or greater value. |
| Sales Tax: |
Because these are consumable food items, Franchise Tax Board has informed us that no Sales Tax is due even for shipping addresses in California. |
